Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days.

You can return any purchase within 30 days for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We must receive your return within 30 days of your purchase date.

Include your RMA# (Your RMA# will be your order number) in the email subject or Questions/Comments area of your email. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.

Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (we use the following carriers UPS,USPS, FedEx, or Freight) immediately. Do not return the package back to us. Instead contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.

Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

RETURNS FOR REFUND - Your purchase will be refunded to you upon the return of the product. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund, less shipping and handling and restocking fee (10%). Your credit will be issued in the same manner payment was made to Mybluegadgets.com. Please allow 48 hours for credits to be issued.
